Can you help me find a holiday within my budget?
Absolutely. Let me know your approximate budget, preferred dates and what you’re hoping to get from your holiday. I’ll use this information to find suitable options and help you choose the one that’s right for you.
What if I don’t know where I want to go?
That’s perfectly fine! You don’t need to have a destination in mind. Tell me what type of experience you’re looking for — perhaps sunshine and relaxation, sightseeing, adventure, family fun or a romantic escape — and I can help suggest destinations and travel options to consider.
How far in advance should I book my holiday?
This depends on your destination, travel dates and type of holiday. Booking earlier can often provide a greater choice of accommodation, flights and travel dates, particularly during school holidays and other popular periods. If you already have dates in mind, it’s worth getting in touch as early as possible.

Can you arrange flights and accommodation separately?
Yes. Depending on your requirements, I can help arrange individual travel components and build a bespoke package or put together a complete holiday package. I’ll discuss your requirements with you and help identify suitable options.
How do I make a booking?
Once you’ve found a holiday you’d like to book, I’ll guide you through the booking process and make sure you understand the important details before you confirm. I’ll then provide you with the relevant booking information and documentation.
Is my money safe?
Your holiday is protected by ATOL and our Protected Trust Services membership (PTS 6266). Your money is held in a secure trust account until it’s needed to pay for your trip.
Do you charge a fee for your travel planning service?
No. I do everything without any charge to you.
Can I make changes to my booking after I’ve booked?
If your plans change, contact me as soon as possible. I’ll explain what options may be available and help you with the relevant arrangements. Any changes will be subject to the terms and conditions of your booking and the travel supplier involved.

I strongly recommend arranging appropriate travel insurance for your trip. A suitable policy can provide protection against certain unexpected circumstances, depending on the cover you choose. I’ll encourage you to consider your individual travel needs when arranging your insurance.

To start planning your trip, I’ll get you to fill in my enquiry form. The more you tell me about what you’d like from your trip, the more personalised I can make my recommendations.
Are my bookings financially protected?
Financial protection depends on the type of booking and the travel supplier or booking arrangements used. Where applicable, I’ll provide you with the relevant information about financial protection before you book, including any applicable ATOL or other protection details.
